Anyone added a caravan to their T6?

2017 204 4motion DSG T32 with B14's on maximum low since been raised 25mm and tows nicely. I am considering upgrading to Air but want to try one first before committing to that much investment

We use our T6 a lot for week-long breaks and we love it. I’d like to do a longer trip, and I wonder if making up the bed every night is going to get a pain. We’re not keen on awnings, or sleeping in the pop top. So it got me thinking: what about a very small, simple caravan with the bed made up permanently to bring along - something like a go-pod maybe? Use the Campervan to sit in, cook in, eat in, chill in, then retire to a readymade bed in the caravan. Does anyone do this?

I tried. It did not end well, cost a fortune & was a very "interesting" learning curve.

T6 tows well tho!

We just returned from a 2 week stay in County Durham. We have a t6.1 and tow a 2008 Bailey Senator Vermont caravan. The VW towed like there was no caravan on the back. We were well pleased with it

Ps our Reimo bed is as comfy as our bed at home. We always sleep very well in the van.
