At Bala and with regard to the algae , at the top end(Bala) of the lake there is definitely algae at the water’s edge in the slack water areas, at the campsite where there is more wave action at the shoreline there are only isolated small bits closer in. Certainly plenty of people out kayaking and sup ing so no problems for that. Went for a decent swim today and would have to say the water quality doesn’t seem any different to last year but time will tell……….
aarrgghhh. Just kidding but will update if anything adverse learned/ happens. Appreciate that animals may be more susceptible but don’t have the knowledge to make that assessment.
