Advice On New Adjustable Suspension

Hi guys
I’m currently running 40mn lowering spring thinking of going adjustable I have no idea what I’m looking for or what the benefit would be apart from adjusting the ride height, also would be looking to go on 20s as in on 19s currently, is there any draw backs to have 20s for example Speedo out.

Having a Pendle re map today will that affect anything

Bilstien b14’s been in vans with cheaper coilovers they’re very crashy, as for 20’s just make sure you get the right size tyres,275/35/20 are recommended, mine came with 245/45/20 and the speedo was a mile out also the gearing was altered, I’m currently running my original wheels while waiting for new ones to arrive it drives so much better.
