Is an engine cover optional? Or do they all come with an engine cover out of the factory?
Mine hasn’t got one and just said to Leighton vans it’s missing and they replied it’s an optional extra is this true?
anyone fitted the engine cover from the posh models does it need any fixings or does it clip on?
also are there any other bits for keeping engine bay heat in/cold out my van suffered at -28c last year and I want to try and protect it this year
Seems to look ok . . . . . .
but for £57 delivered with six fixing bolts? . . . . too good to be true - or just cheap rubbish?

Next phase was today..
Sorting Dash out.. been building up the courage for a while now..
For weeks now I have been driving round in a stripped out van.. image 1.
It took 3 hrs to get the dash out.. and 3 hours to get in back in and...
Just had the bonnet resprayed due to some really bad stone chips all over it that were really triggering my OCD. Thought I would have a bug protector painted too and have the bonnet ventureshielded in a few weeks. Also had the engine cover painted too.
Anyone bought/used a set of engine bay cover(s) from the T5 at all? If so does it fit?. I know I don't need one, but I sort of wanted one for my old T5 but didn't get one, and am tempted now for my nice new clean engine.
Bit of a frustrating conversation with my dealer today. My panel van was delivered without the under tray which is the protection panel on the underside of the engine. I spoke to the dealer who said they would fit the panel when my van came back from the dealer. I contacted them today...
