Mine is indeed the second one you showed in your post. There's several different flashing disco light patterns too! It fits surprisingly well inside the windscreen.

Let me get this straight, higher polluting vehicles get charged more to park, when they aren't running, so not producing any pollution? Makes total sense! Country has gone mad!
