Which? Best Seat Skins

Just send mine back back to Leather inn Ltd because I couldn´t life with it. Headrests have been another issue - loose fit. Looks like I need to spend a few pence more...

The picture below shows the covers from my old van. Anyone an idea where to get them? I can´t find any online with the armrests not covered in full and the back not creating an air pocket.

Hi Frigo, I was looking at the LeathIn ones, so they are not good then?

Hello, I have just fitted some Leather Inn covers to the front seats of my Bus this evening, I am very pleased with them, I even enjoyed fitting them

I found them nice to work with, even left them in the van for a while to get warm in the sunshine, as per Leather Inn’s instructions.

Ali the guy who owns / runs Leather Inn has some short YouTube videos showing fitting tips, which had some helpful pointers.

Happy to recommend them.

So, do these Ezee parts covers suffer from the same issue of an air pocket and bridging from the seat side bolster to the seat base?
The fit is really good imo, there’s no to little space between the seat and the cover

Hope that help thanks

They look great, do the covers suffer from the same issue of an air pocket and bridging from the seat side bolster to the seat base?

Hello @RogueOne a little bit at the moment on the driver’s seat, so I’ll use them for a bit, then re-adjust the tension again at the bottom

Craig

I bought a set of Transporter HQ 2+1 pleather and blue tartan covers last week and got them completely fitted afternoon (after a minor mishap - see below). Despite the title of the thread, I'm certainly not suggesting that they're the best seat skins but IMHO they're pretty good for £160. And yes @RogueOne they do indeed have the air pocket and bridging from the seat side bolster but, personally, I can put up with that. As an aside, Transporter HQ were a pleasure to deal with - I managed to make a small tear in the back of the passenger seat cover which was probably repairable but annoying just the same so I phoned THQ to talk about potentially buying just that part as a replacement. After a short telecon with them at 1715hrs last Friday, they asked me to send a picture of the damage which I did. Bearing in mind that they were supposed to be closing for the weekend at 1730 hrs, I quickly received an email response telling me that they had ordered up a free of charge replacement that would be with me this week. I was quite surprised earlier this afternoon to receive a new complete set by courier. That's what I call customer service of the highest order - A lot of other firms, including many VW dealers would do well to learn from them.

Do you know if these will fit a 2+1 rear kombi seat ?

Hi 👋 these look great 😊 would you mind showing what they look like from the rear please?

@Muzzaem. Here you go - sorry, can't get a clear shot of the drivers seat but it's basically the same (without a zip though) and it's got a pocket on the back similar to those on the passenger double.

I am looking at the EzeeParts seat covers potentially. Has anyone tried both these and the LeatherInn ones to compare fit and quality?

Do either of these include a cut out on the rear +1 Kombi seat to allow the use of the isofix top tether?

How easy are these to fit, I've just got some....only thing is, the bulkhead is directly behind....are the seats easy to take out?

Cheers

Chris
