I had a HORRIFIC experience with a LR main dealer.
My local one is a lot better.
My local VW van centre is poor, the one I bought our T6 from was fairly good.

Strangely our last Cali was from a dealer up North who came highly recommended from many; I thought they were actually quite bad. Not a single after sales call, no correspondence, nothing despite spending £45k in cash with them. Not impressed.

My local (ish) BMW dealer is pretty good.

A good independent will be able to sort it but they probably won’t want to.
An Audi main dealer will charge bonkers money.
