What Have You Bought Today?

IMG_0476.webpSeat cover time. Although not really the weather for it here right now for installing anything due to rain. Also saw somewhere on here that you may need seat covers for your new seat covers to keep the new seat covers clean.

Reminds me of my grandads old car that had layers of mats to protect the mats to protect the carpet (at least one layer of mats was carpet samples too):D

My old dad used to have a garage in the mid 70’s to the 80’s and we would often find that sort of thing but mainly it was for structural reasons or keeping the water out of many BL products that would come in, also multiple Feu Orange air fresheners all hanging off the choke to hid the smell of damp. Moss was also a feature of many windows seals on sliding window minis.

I think it was a marina saloon 😄

IMG_0483.webpIMG_0484.webpThese Leather Inn seat covers fit really well, unlike my fingertip skin now. There’s a few wrinkles but these have been on for hours not days or weeks and overall I’m really impressed with them. Off to Amazon now to find some covers to stop these getting dirty.

New leisure battery, turned the old one on and the fridge nor the lights fired up.
Quick voltage test and it was only pulling 4v.

At least my beer will be cool when we arrive in Welsh Wales tomorrow.

Not bought, but moved sargent controller from back wheel arch to easier accessible location below sink. Just a cable tidy and some hoovering to do. Had to drill some access holes for the cables so plenty of sawdust. Also swapped out my Sterling Battery to Battery charger to the solar model ( newly bought) and hooked up the 6m Solar leads. Just waiting on sunlight to test out my Renogy 220w suitcase portable unit - newly bought.
