Need to figure out how best to wire it in on Tuesday... should be interesting

Panicking now. Just looked in my fridge cupboard and theres a bit of bulkhead that's gonna stop the fridge fitting... has anyone had this issue? Do I cut it out? It looks a bit flimsy to be a side impact bar...

I have ordered one of these for our road to Arran in September. We will have my son’s dog with us so we’ll likely need the means to shower him off. I’ve still to order a 20l folding bucket as the water source for it.
Flextail max shower with box Got the shower for £47.70 with the various discounts offered.IMG_0706.webp

Very sorry to ask but what does one do with it and how does it work? Does it connect to something?

It is rechargeable so you can take it to a water source to shower. You drop the pump in the water and turn it on. Shower to go. We want it for washing the dog if he gets muddy. He doesn’t like hose pipes, at least not since I hosed his dirty butt when he was overdue a trim and everything got stuck. We haven’t bought a shower tent yet but that might still be on the cards for our road trip as we plan to wild camp most days in Arran.

Thank you very much. Usually I just boil water on a heat source mix it with cold water and jug it over but as that is good enough for a dog then it is good enough for me. Could be very useful. So one end is a battery self contained pump and the other is a shower head. Thank you! :)

Yes. If you follow the link I shared there is a short video demonstrating its function.

Two original 1963 booklets for $20 AUD (£10) the pair from an op shop in Deepwater, Australia. One is a booklet describing how vw will completely refurbish your engine when the time comes with pictures of the process. The other is a booklet describing each of the models available in the vw range in Oz. At that time, all models had the same engine specs! Photos are a selection of some of the pages from the second booklet…

After what seems like months of badgering by her indoors to swap out my chrome grille vw badge for a gloss black one, I finally press the go button on the Vanstyle gloss black one. A real genuine forum purchase of under £20 (plus postage) but you can get an extra 5% if you google vanstyle discount codes.
I mention this to her tonight after her coming back from a typically tough NHS sort of day, for her to say 'why have you bought that? I like the chrome one'.
Bless...

A pair of Bosch wiper blades, as per many recommendations here:

Probably won't rain for weeks now, but I'm hoping this will be the end of the scraping and scratching noise from the OEMs.
Ordered online from GSF Car Parts - with the current discount (25%) they were similar price to other online retailers, and cheaper than Halfords. Never used GSF before, but impressed - order online for click & collect, with nothing to pay until collection. Quick & easy to collect, very much like Screwfix / Toolstation (or free delivery).
Just make sure you really really clean your windscreen before you press them in to action.
