They did that to me once.Go outdoor customers services ?.
I went to buy some boots while I was away , they don't stock my size so instead of offering to get me some (apparently they dont do that) I had to order them myself for delivery . They turned up later than expected, 4 sizes too small , the wrong style and colour and they were ladies not gents .
Then it was down to me to send them back at my cost or take them back to a store for refund ..... and then try the ordering system roulette again ....
Not a chance!
I ordered a cycle helmet online and they sent the wrong size.
I returned it to the store and they tried to charge me a fee for returning it. They backed down when it reached the point that I was about to start taking hostages.


). There's even a cafe, too! Shame
