Well I have to say I'm loving it, not fully loaded but a nice SE spec.

Only the 150 diesel on DSG but amazed how well it goes, seems to be better on fuel that my A4 if driven with a bit of consideration (cruise seems to make a bigger difference). Love the Active cruise, not something I'd have spec'd but thats how it came.

Seen a few discussions about lights, coming from Zenons I was a bit unsure but I don't thing they are too bad, sure they won't burn a badgers retinas but they are decent enough.

Kids love it, every journey becomes a mini adventure, can't wait to load it up for some Euro trips!

So if anyone on the fence DO IT!

Very nice and welcome along to the Forum you should have H7 headlights in that if I'm right as they are not too bad.

Thanks for taking the time to check @MGT the only reason I ask as mine doesn't have one (velle se) as well, but the executives do :(

Ah I see, mine is a SE too - I'll cope ;-)

Just need the stop / start to work and understand front assist!

Doesn't seem to be stop / starting. I've mentioned it to the dealer today. Hasn't done it once since Friday when I collected it.

Active cruise works brilliantly but front assist i've tried to see if I can get it to alert me but not wanting to risk smashing into someone!

If you have a look in the handbook there's loads of factors why the stop/start won't work, it's just probably down to one of these ;)

yes I read that, i've tried turning pretty much everything off and still nothing, I have a 300-400 mile trip on Sunday / monday so I'm hoping if a bettery issue that might help get it "charged". I've rented other cars with stop start and almost regardless of condition they stop and start!

Just needs a slidepod in the back now to make the most of those euro trips

Ha ha I had looked at your site the other week, love the idea but I'll be using that space for bikes and junk for trips with my friends. Saying that I can see we might start camping with the family so you never know!

I'm please I went with a LWB, I wasn't sure but the extra 400mm really makes a difference! Who says size doesn't matter ;-)

I have front assists ,I took it back after 4 days because I thought it wasn't working .they said it was ,but I tried like mad to get it to work ,whilst in slow moving traffic ,I eventually got a small cymbal at the bottom of the mfd ,two small cars with an exclamation mark ,but no braking .At faster speeds on a motorway if you pull back in it warns you ,with the same small cymbal .but the other day a car pulled over and I was a bit close and I got a full car in the middle of the mfd and an audible warning ,but no brakes .so it is working ,but it must have to get close before applying the brakes .

Thanks carig that's really useful. I've see a symbol twice and a little noise but I can't replicate it! Active cruise is more useful been loving that.

Just need the stop / start to get sorted, I can't believe in 500 miles it's not triggered once. I've hired cars and they trigger all the time even when cold and freezing outside and the heaters are on!
