Hi

I have had a poor tune on our van
Having it removed and replaced

So Opinions

Pendal or Revo

Andy

Both equally good IMO.
Revo built of VW info..
Pendle built from experience.

Thanks

From a stock 102bhp what’s the main difference in the Revo

Does anybody have good views of the pendal, which is approx £100 cheaper

Cheers
Andy

I have had a Pendle on mine and am utterly delighted with the results. Has sailed through the stricter MOT smoke test.

Mine was a 140 now 168. Economy has improved and it no longer bogs down in 3rd. Goes up hills much better and fewer gear changes needed.

Not much between Revo and Pendle imo. Both got good reps. I have a Pendle, and more than happy.

Is it just power or better drive
Is the power delivered steady not in a big rush

Thanks

I've gone from 150 bhp dsg, to approx 195 (ish) bhp with the pendle. Cant remember the torque values tbh. Its silky smooth all the way through the gears, and stays in the higher gears on bigger hills for longer. My default selection used to be sport mode, but now it stays in drive mode.
It doesn't deliver the power in one big hit, unless you want to boot it.
I've also got a t6 camper which i had a code black remap put in. Bag of shite. ( Wife drives that so not too bothered). I will change it to a Pendle at a later date.
Personal choice, but i don't think you will go wrong with Pendle or Revo.

Look at after sales support feedbavk for both to help you make up your mind.

Revo give a 30 day money back if you are not happy.

Thanks for the reply’s

Just asking as I have one on at the moment which is very poor
At 1750 rpm to approx 2100 rpm it shoves too much talk threw the gears in 3rd 4th and 5th
As we only use it occasionally and know it’s there we can avoid it doing it but that’s not the point
