In the process of selling up my house and intend on touring Europe for at least a year. Conversion is underway but not decided on best power options yet. I have a small petrol generator but wondering what combination people would recommend for long term touring / off grid power?
Is it worth having two batteries or one large one? How many solar panels would you recommend or am I better sticking to generator only? Intended power use would be for laptop charging, lights fridge, not a massive inverter required, maybe around 300-400watts.
Any advice would be really helpful.
