THQ Front Spoiler affecting PDC

Anyone had problems with the two front parking sensors constantly showing red after fitting the front lower pooled from thq? Are there any tips as I assume it’s an adjustment ?

Perhaps your sensors aren't clipped in well, pushed in enough?

I think there's two possibilities, the sensors are being partly blocked by the panel itself (they seem to have cone shapes in them) or it's pointing downwards too much either due to a fitment issue or your parking location. Parking sensors will often go off on a steep slope with a curve in it. Having the sensors lower down increases the chance of that. Is your van parked on a slope?

Was a slight adjustment to get sensors perfectly in the middle of the hole on the spoiler. Quite flimsy mounting on these so I think some adhesive would be an idea

Yeah, the aftermarket parking sensor mounts are pretty awful. I didn't do the spoiler I fitted front parking sensors and to do that I used some aftermarket panels as I couldn't find a pair of OEM, the sensors don't look 100% straight even now. Next time I'd probably wrap something around the sensors so they're nice and tight (they do already have a gasket of sorts).
