Afternoon gents......and ladies!
Here we go again!! Carista says P2006 Intake Manifold Runner Control Control Bank 1: Stuck Closed. Also P200600.....and the same mesage. But this time, I also got an amber engine management light. I have a feeling it's coming on as the engine gets hotter.........takes a while in the morning.....I switch off and it goes......but then comes on with increasing frequency as the day goes on. I've booked it in at my local garage for them to have a look next Tuesday. In the meantime, I'm not sure I should be using it for work......don't fancy 10k on a new engine if it grenades itself. I've attached the info from Carista if anyone can make any sense of it for me and give me some guidance.
Thanks guys!!
Dave

I have no idea if the t6 has a similar setup to other VAG swirl flaps, but you can get a repair kit that can tide you over for a while. It basically stops the flaps snapping fully closed. As they wear and get carboned up, when they close they stick. The little repair kit just holds it a fraction from the fully closed position.

Otherwise your looking at a new manifold in most cases
