Is that all the way down on the coilovers?

The rear is all the way down but with adjusters in, the front could go down a little bit more but would probably be riding on the bump stops.

It’s 380mm from centre of wheel to arch edges front and rear so 80mm down from the standard 460mm

Yes, as far as im aware. Was already on the van when we bought it in July. Has got the ABT badge in the middle of it.
