but you are missing many details.

whats the van spec?

engine spec?

VCDS fault readout?

that plot above look like a generic OBD2 history fault log ?

its not showing any data relating to your issue.

what scanner have you got ? - where did you get the p0401 code from?

I have vcds or odis this was off vcds

It says ypir are a vcds user next to your name don't you recognise it lol

The freeze frame data shows the fault frequency as 1.

So have you cleared the codes and re run the test?

The egr insufficient flow would imply a clogged egr valve.... Which is common on many vans that do local millage.

But having a low frequency count is normal.

...

You haven't said what spec engine?

Hi yes cleared codes code comes back also have rough idle when cold this goes away once warm also have a turbo stall flutter when warm

That looks like a mechanics laptop if I've ever seen one...

I have a bundle of those cables and programs.

TIS, VCI, IDS, VCM, ICOM, VCDS, ODIS, etc.

So it's a 2016 T28 102ps T6.

Last 2021 MOT it shows 87k millage.

So you may have an issue with a clogged egr valve/cooler.

I'm not so sure if I'm at the right party can someone exain what that looks like s mechanics laptop means and untick

VCDS - aggressive mode

The [Use Aggressive Mode] checkbox applies only to UDS/ODX modules and is checked by default. When checked, VCDS will retrieve more faults than even the factory VAS tools in some cases. Uncheck this if you wish to VCDS results with results from a VAS used in manual (non-guided functions) mode. The AutoScan function always uses Aggressive Mode.

seeing as you said on the OP that you have a driveability/running concern.

and have 90K + on the clock.

id be looking at the EGR clean / replacement

.

whats the history on the van?

had it from new? - any idea on the previous work that's been done on it?

FSH till when? - what after that?

has timing belt etc been done yet etc etc

....

that might give an idea on how the van has been looked after. . . . . and if the EGR has been cleaned/flushed before.

.

some users with low local millage have had EGR clean/flush every 6mnths.

.
