rough idle?

I've just bought a 67 plate ex aa panel van
when idling at lights etc it seems a bit rough?
its got full aa service with it
but am a bit concerened it ,might be timing belt issue?
from reading on here it could be a few different things but all of the threads seem to be a bit different from mine e.g. lumpy when cold feel as if only runniing on 3 cylinders etc.
mine on the other hand feels fine and sounds fine no lights on dash etc its just a bit rough

something i should be concered about?

Maybe doing a regen? Idles slightly higher and runs a little rough fans might stay on when ignition turned off before it’s completed
