VW Transporter 2021 rough idle

Hi all
Hope everyone is well and you guys had a good week so far.

I have a 2021 VW Transporter panel van VW1ZZZ7HZMH065264 that I cannot get to the bottom of it
The van was involved in an accident and tilt on the passenger side ( Uk Van) , Not a major accident, just some deep scratches and small dents, nothing major
Long story short, Since the accident, van has a rough idle and engine is shaking quite bad (Engine mounts and balance mount are ok, it's something from the engine)
If I am revving it until 1500 rpm engine is running rough, after 1500 rpm engine is running normal, smooth and no shakings
Plugged the diagnostic tool and only Active/Static errors that I am getting are:

P048000 - Cooling Fan 1 Control Circuit
P068500 - Glow Plug Control Module to PCM Comm Circuit Range/ Performance
P007D00 - Charge Air Cooler Temperature sensor Circuit High - Bank 1
P00A300 - Charge Air Cooler Temperature Sensor Circuit High - Bank 2
U041600 - ESP - Implausible Signal

The idea is that I have removed and changed the Glow Plug module and still does the same, Only strange thing is that I have measured the connections from the Relay and I don't have 12V, only 60-70 Ohm, Not even on the connectors from each glow plug.

I have checked all fuses (I think I found all of them)
Driver side under the light switch, battery location, Under the battery as well and one fuse under passenger seat.
All of them are alright but I still don't get 12V to the Glow plug relay

On another note.
Injectors were removed and sent to a Diesel Specialist to be tested , all came back without fault, measured voltage on each plug and it's ok, 5V each

The thing is that when I rev it up a 1500 rpm grey smoke is coming out like a nightmare from the exhaust, hence the thought that probably one of the injector is faulty. But no, they are alright

I am running out of options here so if anyone has a different idea or you've experienced this scenario before. I am all ears.

what engine code have you got?

The J179 Automatic Glow Time Control Module activates the steel glow plugs using phase-shifting. The voltage at the individualglow plugs is adjusted by the duty cycle of the PWM pulses. For rapid starting at an exterior temperature of less than 24 °C,there is a maximum voltage of 11.5 V. This provides glow plug temperatures of over 1000 °C within a short time (maximum 2seconds).

Phase-Shifted Activation of the Glow Plugs:
To relieve the load on the onboard supply voltage during the glow phases, the glow plugs are actuated in a phaseshifted manner. The falling signal actuates the next glowplug.

Post-Start Glowing:
Post-start glowing helps reduce hydrocarbon emissions andcombustion noises during the warm-up phase.For post-start glowing, the switch-on time of the onboardsupply voltage is adjusted in the PWM duty cycle to ensurethat there is an effective voltage of 4.4 V. Post-start glowinglasts a maximum of 5 minutes after starting the engine oruntil coolant temperature reaches 24 °C.

so with the codes cleared. . . what comes back after a few engine start cycles?

have you got access to VCDS for code reader?

it sound ok on the vid clip,


but you can see the engine shaking a bit rough.

does it smooth out when at running temp?

does it rev ok? - upto the 2k limiter?

I don't have VCDS but I do have a Launch X431
This codes are not getting deleted at all

Also glow plug light is flashing permanent
Engine sounds perfect after 1500 rpm and doesn't shake at all
Up to 1500 rpm it's like only 3 injectors are working and it takes out grey smoke on the exhaust
Even after 1500 rpm the smoke is more thicker but the engine sounds normal and stops shacking

it revs normal without any lags or interruptions


Could it be the IMV Valve that doesn't read / send the correct values to the Fuel pressure regulator?
I did't order it yet because it's quite expensive £140
But if it's this one, why I don't have an error on the diagnostic?

I'm blocked at the moment.

Thing is that I don't want to end up buying new parts just to take them out of the equation if it makes sense
It is very strange because it doesn't trigger any other faults but engine is very rough. You cannot see it very good in the video but literally it's like one injector is not working until 1500 rpm
But injectors are cleaned and checked and measured and it's all good

EDIT

Forgot to mention that when it's above 1500 rpm the amount of smoke that goes out on the exhaust it's like overfueling.
Very thick and smells like diesel (Hense the thought for either IMV or Fuel Pressure Regulator)

Cylndr 4 performance.... Is that the new code?

Does your scanner have an injector drop test?

To drop out each injector at a time to see if the lumpy running related to a single injector?..... Or a multiple of injectors.
