T6 pop top insulation

Hi
Does anyone use an internal pop top cover/insulator on a T6, if so how good are they at keeping the heat in when it’s cold weather. Being a newbie I’m not too sure whether it’s worth spending about £300 for one, any suggestions/advice would be fab.

I made some internal ones from some left over stretch carpet and foil back insulation.
