T6 ignition fault

Hi all hope you're well, my van is playing up when turning the engine off and the engine doesn't cut straight out until key is fully removed what could be causing this i do have a stop start delete harness in but that's been fine

Non what so ever would love some tips on what to do to try and fix

Ignition lock springs to mind.
Any fault codes? Would be beneficial to know which engine, which model year, etc. Ideally a VCDS Auto-Scan.
