Hello… this is the thread of dread. My 21 plate Startline, exact same problem. Using an iPhone 12. Is the only fix to get a newer phone? I have also found I can’t change the privacy setting in order to become the primary user… is that connectivity issue? Grey globe on the infotainment system. I think there was a suggestion to disconnect the battery for 30mins… sorry to trudge through this again. Just would like to make a call whilst driving.
