T6.1 Media Unit total failure

My 2021 T6.1 Media unit has totally failed, no music, phone connection, navigation, reversing camera screen etc, just a completely dead black screen. I have researched the fuse and come up with fuse number 53 but that appears intact. Even more annoyingly, I am away on holiday at the moment so unable to get to my dealer. Can anyone confirm this is the correct fuse or have any other ideas or experience of this issue.

I’d phone vw assist and tell them you need the functions of the unit to safely drive, nav phone camera etc, get them out to have a look

Ask for the 'silver Van' with the Vw tech and NOT the yellow AA van! Good luck.

Thanks both, in my naivety I have no idea what warranty I have. Previous T5 lasted 14 years with no issues we have had this one from new since end of September 2021.

Just to update the kind people who replied previously. I did not need to do anything as the system rebooted itself out of the blue and has worked normally ever since. I have no idea what happened but wonder if it is linked to a flat battery we had, (caused by something left on). We did not use the vehicle for a good few days after the flat battery was sorted so did not make any connection at first. Thank you for the help offered anyway.
