T6.1 flywheel

Realised the other day that the Chinese 6hp garden woodchipper i bought for £350 on ebay has out lived my van its ridiculous. I've chipped entire trees with that thing its only meant for 2" diameter im stuffing it with double that, never changed the oil leave it reving flat out for a couple hours at a time. I could have bought 114 of those garden shredders and some fuel for the money I've wasted on that transporter 🤣

I dont know details just said it was within tolerances directional play and looked brand new.
I suspect they don't know either. A tarot reading would likely have been as revealing as their supposed assessment.

Vehicle ownership is a joke. Sadly none of us find it fun when things aren't sweet, but blaming the dealer who had nothing to with it breaking in the first place serves only to get blood pressure up. Indeed, none of it should have broken - the good news is gearboxes are repairable. The bad news is the average garage hasn't had the skills for a couple of decades. DMFs are, to put it mildly, are most definitely shite idea, but we knew that 30 years ago when they started to become mainstream and I was still daft enough to go and buy a vehicle with one - mine rattles like a biscuit tin full of broken crockery, although it drives juet fine.

Im not blaming the dealer but they are my local representative of the franchise VW, customer care (think theyre in south Africa) advised me to take that course of action as my van clearly was a dudd from the factory. It pains me to think it but maybe it is just a feature of the dmf? As said before its only a brief time it happens once I've driven a minute or so it will stop and clutch down prevents it while im warming it up in morning so could it be just that the idol speed needs to smooth out everything to warm up and seal tightly and ot works fine? It is a shame as I love the look of it and it does fit ALL my requirements just a shame its abit gutless as only the 110ps and the turbo couldnt handle that let alone remapping it.

Is there such a thing as a solid mass flywheel i could put in there instead??
