T32/T30 spring fitment

Hi, can anyone tell me if standard t32 springs will fit into a t30 ok, my t30 has been lowered and want to take it back to standard height and can possibly do a straight swap as long as it can be done?

I am looking at swapping my springs for a t28 t30 from a t32 due to the harsh ride.

I think they are swappable. Its the front shocks that are different on a t32 but from what I can gather the springs will fit.

I've got an associated qn. On the T30 Kombi I have on order I asked for a removable tow-bar. Says as part of the option I get option 1BJ (uprated rear suspension) at no cost.
Does that mean i'm essentially getting T32 suspension on the back ?
