Switch off touchscreen overnight T6.1 dash

Hi folks,
I wonder if there is a way to switch the central
Touch screen off without switching off the Media pro unit (T6.1 dash)

I figured I can have the screen off after 10/20 or more seconds but can’t figure out if there is a button/icon I can press to switch it off when I would like.

On mine there is only the menu option to turn the screen off, and for me that isn't a persistent option I need to do it each time I want it off

I'm not sure it saves much power (if that's your aim) as I think the backlight stays on, it's more for reducing visual distraction.

I find the central screen too bright at night even at lowest brightness.

And yes as you can see I have mine on "very low" and it's still very bright.

Thanks!I considered myself not that dumb, however looks like I am.
I really struggle to navigate the t6.1 infotainment.
I do not understand why all the settings are not under one “setting” icon. I also struggle to understand why different settings have different Graphic design.

No I find the same thing.

I find the assistant menu very frustrating, why does it have to show me a cartoon diagram instead of just a set of menus.

One thing that improved things for me is you can rearrange the order of the menus into the the ones you use most often, especially as the ones I found I used the most were on the second page.
