Stop/Start Not Working

Moll battery alert... it's the only thing I know about T6's.... hang I also know driving around on a near empty diesel tank means no regens... I think I know, that is.

I've recently hat a start stop error show on start up. I'm aware that wiring from the alternator could be the issue but I'm not 100% what location to check. I've attached the carista data below

Since buying your van in October, have you fully charged the battery? I’d start there first. It’s very common for a Stop/Start error to show with a battery that’s not at 80%

No, I've not charged. I have had a couple of 4-5hour trips out in it though. I have a volt meter, what should the battery be sitting at voltage wise? 11.6v and above?

You have seen this/these?

Hi new here, T4 failed MOT so bought a T6 , only had it a few wks but it has never Start/Stopped I didn't think it was fitted. But it has the button, when you press it , it lights up off. However you do not get any indication on the instruments. Could the previous owner of disabled it ? Or do some have the switches but not the capability. Cheers.

Coming from a Volvo xc60 where the stop start was keen as mustard it’s a bit of a gamble if it’s actually going to work in the T6 lol

if your battery is getting low on voltage it’ll not stop/start much!
I changed my battery last year on my 2018 and the stop/start worked pretty much always. Obviously it depends on a lot of conditions.
Have you tried the quick double press on the stop/start button which sometimes forces it to stop ? (Part reply on the previous post)
