Hi there,

sorry I've asked martyn but i have some free time now and he must be busy (he is a v busy man!)..

i have the elogic and everything ready to go, all is almost cabled up and i checked on his instructions.. he says to connect the elogic to the seat base or the chassis.

thing is with my battery i cant get the elogic and battery in under the same base and fix the elogic to metal.

as its grounded with the black cable im not 100% sure why it has to be connected to metal?

i had fixed up a wooden support that worked and was just waiting for me to branch the cables but now im confused!

anyone?

That's what I'm thinking...I'm going to have to use an Alu plate to mount it onto.. at least alu conducts heat well..

Nice bit of black anodized ally.. Slightly thick is good.. Black will emit the heat nicely.. Thickness gives heatsink..

Hi, yes Martyn replied to say that it's better attached to metal but he has mounted it to a board before with no adverse affects.

I'll fix it to my plate that I made last night..

nope no twin batteries but i cant do what xp has done thats for sure...my battery is on its side and no room left for there... but martyn that looks neater than mine (no suprise there!).. im going to change it over like that. will make heaps more room for all those cables..

thanks all!
