Solar Trickle charger to 12V Cigarette lighter

Can anyone tell me if these two items will work with the T6 VW van just for topping up the battery via cigarette point??

I have used similar in the past but generally, the output is so low it barely covers the drawer from the alarm you might want to consider a slightly larger 20 W panel and a simple controller.

for better efficiency I have since added one of these inbetween the panel and the cig plug
