Found Solar Panel Rear Junction Box

I'm looking for a solar panel approx 150W in size with as slim as possible rear junction box.

I'm struggling to find one. There must be some out there. Anyone got something similar, or seen something you could suggest?

What about the panels that have a rear cable outlet.....needs a hole cut in the roof obviously.
