Soft close fuse? Sliding door.

Sort of a repost so sorry, anyone know if the soft close slider motor has a dedicated fuse please. Mines working on one side, not the other. It's not the 40amp fuses under the seat (they're for the power slide) and not any of the other fuses under the seat.

It's taking power from the central locking circuit but that's all working. Suspect the motor has died, it's going in to VW (warranty) on Thursday unless I can fix it myself.

All looks good inside the door, all plugs seated and reseated.

Pic of soft close motor for attention :)

So apparently it's the door control module which I think is above the rear wheel arch near the sliding door motor. At least it wasn't just a fuse!

Will know more tomorrow when I get the beast back hopefully.

I now have a 16 mile old VW T-Cross on my drive.

Did you get this sorted in the end? What was the fix. Mine has not been working for a while now. Ended up removing the 40A fuse and setting the doors to manual. Would be nice to get it working again though...
Yeah it was the J927 (something like that) behind the side panel at the back. Replaced under warranty, they said it had overheated due to the insulation I'd stuffed in there (which I suspect is bollocks).

Thanks. Sounds like I have the same issue. It’s going to be a pain to get to though with the panels, carpeting and bed in the way. Swapping them over side to side will be twice the work. Might put it off a bit longer.
