T6.1 Sliding Door with soft close

In the last couple of days, the sliding door on my T6.1 is stiff when you open it initially. It’” has the soft close feature. If I close and open it again it’s seems fine. Any ideas please? Also my van is coming up for 3 years old.
Can anyone suggest the best way to service and lubricate the sliding door. Many thanks in advance!

I would get it logged with Vw during warranty so you have a comeback. Just check everything is clean, clear and free moving.
