Skyline Aurora Installation Manual

I'm having some issues with my Skyline Aurora roof. My view is that the latches are not fit for purpose and the roof installation was not been carried out correctly.

To help 'prove' this and progress a claim against Skyline / Installer I have been advised that I need to get a copy of an original installation manual. They have posted some videos on You Tube, but I don't have anything 'official'.

john, did you ever got it sorted? My van is in at the moment and they installing the skyline aurora - is there a way for backup clips if the main ones fails?

They are shocking I’ve just took my van to skyline Bristol and you wouldn’t believe what they have done how they have been they are awful and I would advise everyone to shop elsewhere, pictures are coming soon , just need my van back first because how criminal they have been I just don’t trust them
