Show us your 3D printed modifications

Hi there
I have a T6 Caravelle and I sometime use it to sleep inside.

Does anyone has designed a Sliding window vent / grid similar to this for the back door windows?

I would love to get them printed.
Thanks in advance.
Pierre

I am the source myself, as I created the model myself :);)
I'm attaching two files for you: the CAD file (both sides) and the STL file (right side only). You can add text as you see fit and adjust the length as you like. I hope you can handle the file format. Feel free to post a picture when you're finished!

Do you happen to have the file still? No longer available it states thanks

We use the double passenger seat storage, however 'some people' can be a little rough which has resulted in the bench seat support moulding breaking off (part No 7H0881293A) . After replacing one (cost between £10 and £20 shipped), and then it happened again!

The tabs at the front seem to be be the weak point and after getting a 3d printer I came up with my own solution.

I removed the damaged tabs from the moulding with some fine clippers, designed and printed my own tabs in PETG to insert into moulding to clip to the seat.

They have have held up 6 months, as they are so small i have some spare in the van in case they break off too, but so far held the moulding to the seat fine. PXL_20250915_131942965.webpPXL_20250915_132349089.webpPXL_20250915_132658217.webpPXL_20250915_140347793.webp

Get the person who broke it to pay for it, they generally learn quickly.

Do you have an STL file for these or selling?

Has anyone made a slam vent similar to this one:
I want to add one to at least one side of the van but don’t want to pay £30 each for them. If not I’ll have to create some myself
