Yes, I know the 3D printed cup holders have been going around for a while - I have 3D printed for my center dash (You can see it in the photo).

The reason for this post is looking to see if someone has 3D printed a single cup holder for this coin holder on the side of the dash (as marked below)?

Hi Mate, I have done one. You will need sone brass thread inserts to connect the base to the cup part but it works great and just drops in. Obviously you will need to flip it as it's for a RHD Van.
I've actually done a few bits for my van.
Alpine Stereo Surround (didn't like the one that came with it)
Mount for my quad lock MagSafe mount just next to the cup holder
Just working on a new DSG lever at the moment.

Is the dsg gearknob your doing designed to work with the led to display, I see the ones available don't fit the t6 with side button. Looks like you have a channel for wire to run?

Hi, yeah it’s so I can get the advantage of the illuminated top cap without the risk of potentially snapping the plastic and making it totally reversible. I have made a number of changes since then though. This is the latest but I’m still playing with the design

Interesting. Will you be offering them up for sale when its sorted?

To be honest i hadnt planned to i was just doing if for myself.
If anyone wants to have a go themselves, im happy to do a basic 3d print for a DIY cover and send the Aliexpress link to where i got the lever from that you strip the top cap out of for the cost of the postage but i really dont want the hassle of covering them etc.

Hi, that would work for me. Or failing that, even send the file over and I can get a friend to print it, whichever works for you.
