Show us your 18s

It's all down to personal preference really, I prefer a "less intricate wheel" as its easier to clean. I also avoid polished edge (diamond cut) after a set on another car only lasted 3 years before all the blemishes started to show (not damaged). It's your money, buy what you want as long as it suits budget and works.
Look forward to the final outcome

The WX1’s are a fair bit cheaper too, and will hide my rusty calipers 😂😂

I’m still waiting to hear back but they said on the phone they’re likely to offer to put original Highline 17’s, but did acknowledge it might look weird, but as they’re likely to have some somewhere it’s a cheap option. I’d be happy with some black 18 inch VW alloys if they’ve got some around but I don’t know what models have those, Amarok, Sportline, maybe caravelle?

This is a mockup with the OEM wheels

That sounds like a good result, and looks pretty descent :mexican wave:
New wheels often come with the correct type of bolts to suit as well.
I’ve actually just realised I don’t know where the bolt holes are, but zooming in it looks like it has a bolt hole cover on these

Didn’t get a full cost covering but I prefer them to the davenport option and it’s only leaving me £200 out of pocket for brand new alloys. They want the old ones back understandably (if they didn’t I was going to sell them for about £100 as they definitely need a refurb)
