Months late in replying, have the same wheels and mine sit like that too. Love these wheels though, changed from my 20’s o these and never looked back.Flat boys installed
Is this how the centres are meant to sit? Doesn't feel quite rightView attachment 303086View attachment 303087

I bought a set of these for my Wheel Bolts 2 years ago. Not lost 1 yet and seem to help with corrosion resistance. Various colours available. The wheels on mine look a bit sorry for themselves and I’m debating what to do, is it worth getting a refurb (looks to be about £350 for all refurbed). I’m also missing the centre cap of one. Also the bolts are all rusty so I’m debating swapping those out too.

Guess it all depends on on parking skills - if that was a previous owner that learned them or you now have your eye in when parking I’d probably look to get them refurbed - still cheaper than a new set. I’d be half tempted to see if there are covers that will fit the bolts. The wheels on mine look a bit sorry for themselves and I’m debating what to do, is it worth getting a refurb (looks to be about £350 for all refurbed). If you’re the one kerbing it and still not used to the width of the van, why bother?

I kerbed my Golf once just not realising one kerbstone was leaning into the road so much - not the best noise to hear but these things happen. It’s the previous owner. I have Kerbed previous vehicles before but not this one.
I’ve never had aftermarket alloys before, will weather damaged the metal under the paint where it’s worn away?
I was thinking a colour change maybeRefurb and a colour change perhaps @Sim667 ?
I was thinking this and that’s why I’m trying to work out what I could do. I’m probably getting excited because it’s new but really I need to do the Dayvan conversion else. But I was worried about the wheels getting knackered under the paint. If it wasn’t modelled the way it is I’d have gone swamper but it’s got front splitter, rear spoiler and side bars, so I guess it’s sporty. My reservation about new wheels is then new tyres and it ends up costing a load.@Sim667 It would help to see a side view of your van and wheels and whether you're thinking lowered or swamper look.
Also helps if you've seen vans that you like the look of so you can pick and choose from them and there's regularly wheels in all sizes and styles that come up in the for sale section.
If it was me I'd respray them at home as without trying to sound smarmy they're a budget wheel/tyre combo and that £350 would go a fair way towards something spiffier.![]()

Can always get the refurb done now as it’s the cheapest option- although check your load rating potential issue first, then save for a new set when the rest of the van is done - you could then either sell the refurbished wheels or keep them as a winter set if you have roomI was thinking this and that’s why I’m trying to work out what I could do. The alternative I’d thought is wheel refurb and maybe a caliper paint as those look a bit rusty too.
