Hi all. My converted t28 is a little on the rear saggy side. It’s currently on the original springs/set up and wondered what are my options to straighten it out as well as lower it a bit?

Thanks

You must decide if the saggy back end is the height you want ?? if it is , leave that alone and put 2 lowering springs in the front , we have 4 options to get this at the right height . You will now have a level van a little lower , BUT the Next issue will be ride quality, so brace yourself for a set of KONI EVO short shocks , game changer in comfort and handling , this will make the whole thing perfect .

I can highly recommend the Koni Evo short's, I had them fitted last week to my van, they're definitely a game changer.

We went for STX coilovers and some T32 ARB's fitted at the Van Cave and we are really pleased with it... Lowered enough to look just right and levelled properly by Chris's expert eye... properly sorted our saggy back end :p! I think the general consensus is to speak to one of the traders on here and make your choice based on expert advice. I can personally recommend @The Van Cave but have also never heard a bad word said about @CRS Performance.

Have to revive this thread as I too have a saggy rear
It’s a T32 which has dropped around 30mm due to fitting some heavy drawers and a bed in the rear so in my wisdom i’ve bought some 30mm lowering springs for the fronts, I don’t fancy the diy route and I’ve been quoted around £550 - 650 for the fitting.
Does this seem about right ? is there an alternative way to level the van without fitting helpers at the rear ?
Thanks
Bob

Hi Bob , a quick and cheap way to level the van would be to fit some front lowering springs . The trick of course is which one as they all claim to be approx 40 mm , sadly the type of van and the weight affect these results and often 40 mm isn't achieved ( one kit fits all is the philosophy that gets lots of customers in to trouble ) , We have 4 different springs for the front ( 5 for the rear ) and we can probably get it as close as possible to level with one of these springs . £150.00 a pair. unfortunately the ride quality wont be improved as the standard shocks aren't great when lowering with springs alone . 500 to 600 quid for fitting is day light robbery we charge £175.00 to fit all 4 corners and 1 .5 hours to do it .

Thanks for your reply and genuine enough to put your prices on too !
Much appreciated
I’ll be in touch to book in
Bob
