I’m experiencing some deterioration in my widows, The paint on the frame is bubbling and the ball joint for the gas strut is rusting. Add this to the handles falling off, I would never buy these again.

No, lost the will. Warning others against make a poor purchase is all I can muster.

I used the Tie chem stuff they sent me, as seen in post #125 of this thread. Holding firm so far on the one from a year ago. Had to glue the other one this weekend. I was worried it would go in the recent heat so I've been carrying the glue and a clamp around in the van just in case.

Cheers for that. I actually contacted camperglass today. They are sending me out some re-designed handles and glue. To be fair on Camperglass, they have been very helpful and cooperative regarding the situation.

Yes. I managed to get a full refund for both windows.

If this was happening after a few years, you’d probably accept it. Not less than a year tho.

My camperglass window has been fitted a few years now with no problems whatsoever.
