This is very close to being ordered but needs power and waiting 1 hour before use (not sure I can wait an hour before my first drink when camping).
Also looks like it froths like the keg does and not sure how well it will travel.
Only just noticed Desperado is 5.9%. No wonder I get so pissed.

Yes they do throth up a bit when not very cold.
I think the perfect draft is the better machine....but its EDIT: twice not 3times more expensive, ... but it's all about the beers! (You can only get certain ones on each machine..... kinda exclusive type think... so I ended up with both....well I got 2 PD machines actually)
So I have a few German beers and IPAs on the Perfect draft.... and Largers like Hiniken etc on the sub mini.
The both run off EHU but I've seen both converted to 12v... I've taken mine camping before on EHU. Haven't tried running off inverter yet..
The trick with them is keep the kegs ice cold before putting in the machine.. ie in freezer for hour before use..always keep them chilled as the internal cooler takes ages. That stops them frothing up to much,
also freeze the beer glasses. That's nice...
And get smaller beer glasses too, like tall half pints. That way you can top up with more cold beer as you go.
Also the torps are fairly small so buy loads of them =)
