Reverse Camera on bike rack?

Is it possible to put a reverse camera on a tow bar mounted bike rack? Has anyone done it?

If so I'd love some pointers on where to start!

I've kept my lowline camera and I've purchased additional camera housing.
Got my camera holding bracket trimmed to allow me to rotate the camera 180°.
Cut nice rectangular opening in the back wall of my tow-bar box and clicked the whole assembly in place

Next step is to replace my 7 pin plug/socket setup with a 13 pin version

I use a Auto-Vox TW1. It does however mean that you need another monitor in the car (but it's only a small one). IMHO. it's a great bit of kit - completely wireless at the camera end and excellent battery life. My only real problem with it is that it's a bit fugly. It was an easy option for me as I already had the thing lying around having upgraded my head unit to one with a wired camera facility. Search Amazon for details.
