Reversing Sensors and Fixed Towbar ?

Hi chaps

I'm about to buy a fixed Trust towbar onto my 2019 T6 ( not 6,1 ) which has reversing sensors ( no camera )

I've haven't 't got the tow bar prep, so I am having to buy the more expensive wiring harness which also disables the sensors when reversing while hitched but my question is will the sensors get confused and beep because the fixed tow bar is still there even when unhitched ?


I'm not going to buy the removeable tow bar, so please don't bring that up

I have the removable towbar that I’ve never removed so essentially fixed? and the rear sensors don’t sound.

Same here...

Mines not been removed since fitting.... Pdc works fine.
