@madalin8711 Good catch on the T5.1 vs T6 distinction. You are quite right, I was wrong. If you are running the Thermo Top C, then that remains a W-BUS unit (unlike the Evo in the T6 which moved to LIN).
Since both your T100 and the Heater are W-BUS, they should be compatible. The issue is likely the physical connection. Have you confirmed that the yellow W-BUS wire from the Telestart is connected specifically to Pin 1 of the 6-pin plug on the heater itself? Often the factory loom doesn't populate that pin if a remote wasn't originally installed.
