Pump And Light Switch Wiring - 4 Terminals

I'm in the process of installing my 12v system, and am putting a CBE pump switch on the water pump, so I can turn it off, and one on the lights.

It's one of these

However, totally confused as to the wiring - it's a basic on / off switch, with no LED indicator as far as I am aware ( no description mentions one ) BUT there are four terminals on the back of each switch. No idea which ones to use ! Terminals seem be marked 1A 2A 3B and 4B

Can anyone enlighten me please, I'd be so grateful! I'v uploaded a photo so you can see what I'm on about

Many thanks
Ian

Looks like a dpdt (double pole. Double throw) switch to me.

So basically 2 separate switches in one package.

Just use your multimeter in continuity mode to suss out which pair of terminals are connected then the switch is set on..

Then ignore the other 2 terminals.

Just what I was about to suggest, though it looks like a DPST switch to me?
