Pothole damage causing knocking?

Hi Guys, I hit a pothole on Saturday and blew 2 tyres on the near side. They were 265/40 20r Felt like I’d hit a rock but wheels seem ok (no cracked rims). Now when turning I feel a slight knocking which disappears if maintaining the same lock. It’s not a banging which some people seem to suggest every time they go over a pothole, the same knock also seems to come when applying brakes albeit much less.

What damage could I have done and what should I be inspecting as I’m gutted!
Doesn’t appear to be any visible damage to the obvious spring, bodywork etc.

Thanks

I’ve done the same in a car before and snapped the shock absorber in half, was just driving on a spring with the damper in two pieces.
The giveaway was the scary braking as the damper oil was all over the disc.
After that experience I’d be checking everything after a big hit.
