This was taken a few years ago when the Canadian Lancaster was over on tour. My wife got the shot, I was with my two sons on a powerboat on Pennine resevoir above Sheffield as they flew in formation to run the dam. Completely unexpected, they were warming up / killing time before they ran the dams on the Derwent, just over the moors but with thousands of spectators. For us there was just the family on the shore, a few boats sailing and us on the powerboat.
