PDC Retrofit with "Auto" upgrade - Pinouts?

Moved the can cables to the correct twisted pair and everything just worked!
Had to find the settings for the head unit display in Obdeleven, but it all looks awesome.
Am getting a databus missing message error on the ‘auto’ module but everything seems to work just fine.
My HU is displaying the path lines, but they don’t move when turning. Is this expected / is there any way to get these working?

They don’t move, you need a highline camera and another module to make the lines move
You can fit a highline camera and module from a Sharan - get a T6 camera module and put the camera from the Sharan into the T6 housing.
Gets you the lines on the display that track with the steering.

Realise this is an old thread but did you ever figure out where the black and orange cables go?!OK so I installed the normal 8K module with the loom that it was supplied with.
Connected:
1) Orange/brown with Orange/brown on BCM for CAN
2) Orange/purple with Orange/green on BCM for CAN
3) Red to fuse using a fuse jumper and a 15A fuse (not sure of the requirements for this module)
4) Brown to ground
5) Front Loom to Module
6) Rear Loom to Module
7) Dash Loom to Module
8) Dash button loom to button
9) Front buzzer only
Not Connected:
1) Yellow (likely for button illumination at night)
2) Rear buzzer
3) Orange and black cables in rear loom (still not sure where these are supposed to go yet)
Then enabled the module in Gateway list.
OBD saying that the module does not respond, and when I push the button on the dash, it flashes orange on and off)
This should just work out of the box without messing with the pins surely?

I am glad I have found this thread, Someone else has had the challenges I am now feeling. I am just going through the same pain of connecting carsystems.eu’s retrofit PDC to my Cali.
The instructions (all of them) are awful but fitting the sensors etc is just practical logic. The wiring isn’t. Cutting into and soldering into tiny CANbus wiring is scary. 12v ign connection makes no sense and colour coding doesn’t match. I have attached their instructions for amusement and confusion.
I’d be interested in comments from OP where and how they connected the PDC harness to points in the van. Solder, chock-blocks, spare pins etc.
