Recently found to my horror someone scratched my mirror cover 
….so I think time for change.…only to find VW have gone all sporty and on a few new vehicles painted the mirror covers Gloss Black …..it looks quite nice….
ps …So ordered OEM top and bottom covers ( R/L ) for £96. Paint cost est £90-100..but this will be the high gloss paint and not the just black that aftermarket sell
