OPS / Parking sensor / PDC retrofit not working

Hi,
I retrofitted front fog lights and Front&Rear OPS parking sensors on this van. Fog lights work ok, but parking sensors are not displayed on MIB unit, only a black image appears when you press parking buton or when you engage reverse gear. I checked all codings/adaptations, seems in order.
Find below the full scan.
Any help/advice is wellcomed!

Coding in 5f and 10 need to be checked for OPS/Optical display. Sounds like RVC may have been coded by accident?

I checked and let another colleague to double check, seems ok. 5F is a Mib. maybe is a coding here that needs to be changed, i checked this coding from another car and there it was working.
Please find attached the photos with codings/adaptations and what it looks like, when you put in reverse or push pdc button. The only Adaptation that I could not do, is channel 30. find in photos.

Please post adaptation map from 5F-Infotainment.

VCDS > Applications > Controller Channel Map​

There are the following differences between factory setup (though with rear view camera) vs. yours (rightmost column).
First I would try to adapt the three last lines as here in green. The grey ones shouldn't relate to this - maybe?


Besides the above you could try the factory adaptation below in the 10-Park Assist itself.

The only Adaptation that I could not do, is channel 30. find in photos.

I'm afraid T6 can't do this - would need electric power steering.

Hi,
problem SOLVED.
I changed adaptations as in 1st column you sent to me, then changed coding in 5F 1st byte and problem solved.
I will make tomorrow a full scan for codings and adaptations for module 10 and module 5F, to serve as support if some body need.
