Fit 12k Parkhilfe unit to T6?

Hi,

Apologies if this has been covered before but I didn’t see it if so,

I own a 2016 Eu5 Transporter Highline panel-van with rear parking distance control as standard,
and am looking to retrofit fronts sensors too.

Before I do, I saw this and it got me thinking

Heres the options/part numbers

283 is rear
294 is fornt and rear
298 is park assist

Instead of fitting an 8K PDC unit, can I not fit a 12k and add the extra sensors (and I guess add to or change the front loom to allow for the extra two sensors)?

Thats for T6.1 as it had park assist option from factory

T6 has never had that option and wouldnt be available as it does have electric steering etc that the 6.1 does

Oh I see, I was hoping a 12k unit would just mean more sensors. Thank you for solving that query for me
